Brian Cross is a seasoned mortgage industry professional with over 20 years of experience. He spent a decade at Bank of America from 2010-2020 before moving to KeyBank from 2020-2023. During his career, he has seen a chaos of changes - from the highs of the housing boom to the lows of the Great Recession. But nothing could prepare him for the mayhem of his own personal life which includes a daughter, two sons, and a dog named Higgins. Through the good times and the challenges, he never lost his sense of humor or his love for the mortgage industry.
